Jim and Tony Federico have owned this business for over 9 years. Tony worked for the previous owner for 10 years prior to buying the company.
What is your primary product or service?
Underground utility installation, demolition, dirt work and site preparation for building. Excavations of all kinds.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jim Federico has been around the construction industry his entire life. His father started in construction after returning home from WWII. Jim worked around construction equipment as a mechanic for Caterpillar and as a successful salesman for Volvo Construction Equipment. Tony (Jim's son) followed the family path and began as a laborer and worked up to becoming President/co-owner of Northwest Contracting Services, Inc.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
By operating with honesty and integrity in everything we do. We do what is right for our customers and our employees. We deliver an outstanding product and stand behind the work we do.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location serving west TN, eastern AR, and north MS.

We are open whenever the job needs us to be. Normal office staffing hours are Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM.
